Easter Brunch 2021
Another day in the Kitchen of Herbs Food Fashion
This year Easter dinner was different from the traditional dinner menu.
I decided an a very simple brunch menu of CBD infused Chicken and Belgian waffles with fruits .
On Saturday night I prepared a marinade of buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, and paprika, CBD Seasoning of Garlic Fire and Chili Lime. I then placed the boneless chicken thighs in it and let sit over night
Sunday morning. I prepped everything and started cooking at 10:00 and by 12:00 everything was ready to be eaten. Served with a side of fruits, Sangria and Tea. The folks loved it. Yummy
